1. Eligibility and account
Entrants must provide accurate information and protect their account. Individuals and teams may enter; teams may have up to five members, and each entrant may submit up to three works per track.
2. Work requirements
Moving-image works are 30–180 second MP4 files; visual works are one poster or a 3–6 image JPG/PNG series. Track-specific limits shown by the platform prevail. Secure review previews and a 720P streaming rendition may be generated without transferring ownership.
3. Rights and AIGC disclosure
Entrants warrant authority to submit and remain responsible for portraits, music, fonts, marks and third-party materials. Supporting licences are required only when relevant or formally requested, not as a blanket upload. Material AIGC tools, workflow and human contribution must be disclosed accurately.
4. Judging and fairness
Works undergo eligibility review and independent scoring by multiple judges: cultural fit 30%, creativity/story 30%, AIGC use/completion 25%, and communication value 15%. Published aggregation and conflict-recusal rules apply.
5. Showcase licence
Entrants retain ownership. The organizer receives only the processing, review and recordkeeping rights needed to run the competition. Public showcase or promotion requires the platform's explicit authorization state.
6. Prohibited conduct, supplements and acceptance
Plagiarism, unlawful or harmful content, false declarations, vote abuse and system interference may lead to disqualification. Submitted versions are protected; formal supplements reopen only specified fields or files. Authenticated submission constitutes electronic acceptance and produces a verifiable receipt.
Versions and consent records
At final submission, the platform records the agreement version, consent time, account and necessary technical evidence. Material changes require renewed consent.
