1. Scope

This policy applies to registration, applications, submissions, judging, showcase, voting and notifications on the AIGC ASIA competition platform.

2. Data we process

We process only the account, contact, application, team, submission, AIGC disclosure and security data needed to operate the competition, plus showcase data expressly authorized for publication.

3. Purposes

Data is used for authentication, eligibility, media processing, judging, notifications, anti-abuse, security audit, awards, showcase and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell entrant personal data.

4. Cloud services and access

Video is processed by Tencent Cloud VOD; images and controlled files use private object storage; email and SMS may be delivered by Alibaba Cloud. Access is role-scoped and material actions are audited.

5. Retention and rights

Data is retained only for competition operations, dispute handling and applicable legal periods, then deleted or anonymized. Users may request access, correction, restriction or deletion, subject to integrity, dispute and legal-hold requirements.

6. Minors, updates and contact

Entrants below the applicable age of consent require guardian confirmation. Material changes will be published and renewed consent obtained where required. Contact details are published on aigcasia.org.
